Dr. Rebecca Weiss, D.O.

Dr. Weiss is a board-certified Family Physician specializing in cosmetic dermatology and laser skin care. As an osteopathic physician, taking a holistic approach to medicine, she is dedicated to ensuring that all our patients achieve a sense of beauty both inside and out. Dr. Weiss graduated from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and subsequently pursued her residency in Family Medicine at Brown University. Over the past several years, Dr. Weiss has pursued extensive training in skin care and the latest cosmetic procedures. In addition to routine medical dermatology, she is certified to perform SmartLipo and VASER liposuction procedures, cosmetic injectable treatments, LipoDissolve, photodynamic therapy, laser skin resurfacing and laser hair removal, chemical peels and medical-grade microdermabrasion treatments. Dr. Weiss has a dedication to advancements in laser skin care and the pursuit of safe and effective ways to ensure that our patients look as young as they feel.

Dr. Kristine Sarna, M.D.

Dr. Sarna is a board-certified Family Physician specializing in wellness and anti-aging services. She is an Arizona native, having completed her medical school education at the University of Arizona in Tucson and her Family Practice Residency at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix. Her interests in holistic medicine led Dr. Sarna to pursue extensive training in Medical Acupuncture from UCLA School of Medicine. Dr. Sarna specializes in medical weight loss and lifestyle modification with First Line Therapy, treatment of chronic fatigue and pain syndromes, Bio-Identical Hormone therapies, BioMeridian Stress Analysis, and neutraceutical therapies for disease prevention and health promotion. In addition, Dr. Sarna is certified to perform cosmetic acupuncture, laser skin care, and injectable treatments. Dr. Sarna is dedicated to providing our patients with comprehensive wellness services for total body renewal.

Janet Fales, L.E., C.L.

Janet Fales is a licensed aesthetician and certified laseographer and your office manager. Janet relocated from Southern California in 2005 to pursue her passion in aesthetics after a long, successful career in the credit union industry. She was educated at the Academy of Aesthetic Arts & Sciences in Tempe, Arizona with a focus on Clinical Aesthetics. Janet continued her education at the Institute for Medical Aesthetics in Scottsdale, Arizona where she became certified in a variety of laser and energy-based technologies. She has performed hundreds of laser treatments in hair, vascular, and tattoo reduction, as well as collagen synthesis and skin tightening on the face and body. She spent more than a year instructing students how to safely use lasers and energy-based treatments at the institute. Janet is enthusiastic and passionate about helping others achieve their goals in looking and feeling their best. Beautiful skin is just the beginning...

Meredith Morgan

Meredith Morgan, joined our staff at Paradise Medspa & Wellness in November 2008. Originally from Mitchell, South Dakota, Meredith graduated from Arizona State University in 2003, with a bachelor’s degree in business communications. After several years of a successful sales career, Meredith was drawn to her true passion in the aesthetic industry. She then attended Imaj Clinical School of Sciences and Laser Institute in Scottsdale, AZ, where she earned her clinical aesthetics license and laser certification. In addition, Meredith has since been certified in oncology aesthetics, enabling her to serve cancer patients. She specializes in chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and customizing treatments and homecare based on each individual needs. Meredith believes that beauty is much more than skin deep, and is committed to achieving each individual's personal success from the inside out.

Sue Heck, RN, MS, FNP-C, MEP-C

An Arizona native, Sue spent most of her Nursing career working in the Emergency Department at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix.  She left there after receiving her Masters in Nursing and Advanced Nursing Practice degree in 1997.  She has worked in Family Practice offices, Urgent Care, Convenient Care Clinic, mobile school clinic, as a legal nurse consultant, and in medical esthetics for 7 years.  In addition to working part time providing primary care in Glendale, Arizona, she was the Clinical Director of GreatSkin AZ, where she performed aesthetic and laser procedures, such as Botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, injection Sclerotherapy, Mesotherapy, benign mole removal, and acne care. 

She has been married for 22 years, and has 2 daughters finally out of High School. 

Monique Groshko

We are proud to have Monique Groshko working with us as our Medical Assistant and Permanent Make-up Technician. Monique has over 23 years experience working in the medical field. She served four years with the Navy as a corpsman subsequently moving here to the valley in 1991. Since that time, she has worked in family practice and multi-specialty groups around the valley. In addition, she has worked in dermatology where she assisted in minor surgical procedures and performed microdermabrasion treatments. In 2002, she graduated from Artistic Beauty College where she trained in medical aesthetics. Monique has successfully completed training on all of our Cynosure laser equipment and has received her certification as a Medical Laser Technician in the state of Arizona. Monique has been educated by Obagi, PCA, and SkinMedica. She is also our First Line Therapy Coordinator and has been fully trained on all of the Metagenics products we carry for use with this program. She is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals for transformation and is always here to assist you.

Elfie Klassen

Elfie Klassen is a certified Life Coach. She completed her training at the Adler School of Professional Coaching, an International Coaching Federation accredited school. She has also worked as a medical assistant in a Family Practice for over 10 years and as a certified Fitness Instructor prior to that. She is Canadian born and a wife and mother of two here in Arizona. She writes: I’ve learned the benefits of making good choices, after years of reaping the consequences of “not so good ones”. Even today, I don’t always choose the best option when it comes to taking care of myself, or my schedule, but practice makes it easier – not perfect… That why I do what I do. I’ve been there…I understand…
